Key Account Manager

Responsibilities
    • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
    • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
    • Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
    • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
    • Optimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEO
    • Present social media strategies to clients
    • Report on web performance metrics
    • Analyze digital campaigns success
    • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
    • To report on the performance criterias specified for website and suggest improvements in terms of performance criteria.
    • To conduct preliminary evaluation and feasibility study of software development requests from customers
    • To work in coordination with business teams in the direction of customer demands and desires and ensure that requests are fulfilled at the desired time
    • To make pricing and prepare project plan according to project scope
    • To make analysis in software development studies as adapting to software development methodologies and processes
    • To provide coordination between departments (software development, content management, design, SEO, etc.)
    • To designing business processes and performing functional analysis
    • Coordinate with software development teams throughout the software development process to ensure coordination of business requirements and functional requirements
    • Coordinate user acceptance tests by performing system tests of developed applications
    • To follow technological developments, to propose new business applications, to renew processes about software development tools and methods
    • To make new suggestions for the end user's interaction with respect to the content
Qualifications
    • Proven work experience or interest as a Digital Account Manager
    • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
    • Experience with customer service and account management
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
    • Quality and result-oriented
    • Team-oriented
    • Highly analytic, with a track record of being a strong problem solver
    • Ability to manage resources and learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguity;
    • Good command of English and MSOffice Programs. (German language is definitely a plus)
    • Proactive with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others;
